We’re working on some interesting ways to do this. Hopefully in December.

Perhap you could outsource it to Google Prediction API http://code.google.com/apis/predict/ seems like a good fit.

This would also recommend programs as well as feeds. (Pity there's no way to edit a suggestion.)
